Return & Exchange Policy — SEPTEMBER SIXTEEN

At SEPTEMBER SIXTEEN, every piece is quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that doesn’t meet expectations, we offer returns or exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility Window

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requests raised after 7 days will not be eligible.

Mandatory Quality Verification (Important)

To initiate any return or exchange, customers must email the following to us:

  • A clear video (10–15 seconds) showing the product from all angles

  • 5–6 clear photos, including:

    • Front and back of the product

    • Close-up of the issue (if any)

    • Original tags intact

    • Original packaging

This verification is mandatory. Requests without proper video/photos will not be processed.

Quality Check & Approval

  • Our team will review the submitted video and photos for quality verification.

  • Only after approval will the return, exchange, or refund be initiated.

  • SEPTEMBER SIXTEEN reserves the right to accept or reject any request based on the verification outcome.

Conditions for Return / Exchange

The product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Have all original tags and packaging intact

  • Be in the same condition as received

Products failing these conditions will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed once per order, subject to stock availability.

  • In case the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or opt for a refund (as per approval).

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes final physical quality inspection at our facility.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 Partial COD Payment Policy

The partial amount paid at the time of COD order is non-refundable. The amount will not be returned in case of order cancellation, rejection at delivery, return request, or refund request.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or use

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Requests failing quality verification

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions (unless damaged or incorrect)

Reverse Pickup

  • If approved, reverse pickup instructions will be shared by our team.

  • Customers must ensure proper packaging to avoid damage during transit.

  • SEPTEMBER SIXTEEN is not responsible for damage during reverse shipping due to improper packaging.

Final Decision

All decisions made by SEPTEMBER SIXTEEN regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds are final and binding.
